“I was let down by British Gas ,who I have a contract with ,but Emergency hero came to my rescue. Their response was slightly longer than they said ,but my leak was sorted out within a few of hours by a very friendly plumber”

“From the second I spoke to the man who took my call the service was seamless, professional and reassuring. We called at around 7pm on a fri evening and had a plumber here by 9. The plumber was so lovely and got the job done quickly and with ease. Would highly recommend”

“Within minutes, details of a local electrician, expected wait time and receipt of payment came through. Literally 15 minutes after the call, the electrician turned up. After 45 minutes on site, the fault had been found, had been isolated and made safe and plans to repair it in daylight agreed. We were able to go to bed knowing the house was safe. ”

“We have an insurance for gas/water/electrical break down. The insurance company were totally uninterested and only gave vague promises of sometime in the next two weeks. I rang this company for help and their plumber was here and cleared the problem in under 3 hours. Excellent service. We will be changing the home service insurance after the bank holiday weekend.”

“Our boiler broke down. Diagnosed the fault down to the PCB, we agreed to replace the boiler for peace of mind as it was an older unit. Paul gave us a fair quote instantly, fit us in for a new boiler and had us back up and running in no time. Very satisfied with the service, thanks again!”

“I found Emergency Hero online and was drawn to them because of their excellent reviews. The young woman I spoke to was very helpful, explained everything clearly and quickly arranged for a plumber. He was with my parents within the hour and the emergency was resolved. For an immediate response and peace of mind, I would thoroughly recommend them.”
